Here are some helpful things to know:

  • Please come to your appointment with clean, dry hair - preferably with no/minimal products in it.

    Please avoid wearing bulky clothing such as hoodies, turtlenecks, or thick sweaters to your appointment. It is best to wear something with a low or no collar that allows unobstructed access to your neck and hairline.

    While every effort will be made to ensure that your clothing remains clean and dry, it is always best to wear older or less cherished items of clothing to hair appointments in case of any accidental spills or discoloration from the use of chemicals in the salon.

    You are welcome to bring a different top to change into before/after your appointment if you prefer!

  • Street parking should be available on Burke St or surrounding side streets within a few blocks of the salon. There are a few blocks with marked hour designations, but there are no meters, so no need to bring a bag of quarters! There is also a small parking lot directly behind the building that some of my guests prefer to use.

  • I accept all types of Debit and Credit Cards or cash.

    Most clients prefer the ease of paying with the card saved on their profile, however you do have the option to pay with a different card at the time of your appointment.

    Gift Cards are available for purchase and can be used as payment on future service visits or retail items in the salon.

    I do not accept Venmo, CashApp, or Paypal.

  • Tips are neither requested nor expected, however, if you would like to leave a tip after checking out you will see an option to add one when you receive your receipt and thank you message via email after your service.

    However, if you would like to express gratitude for a service or experience that you especially loved, an online review, a referral to a friend, a social media tag, and retail purchases are always appreciated as well!
